OPERATIONS ASSISTANT | STAMFORD, CT

Part-Time | 10-15 Hrs/Week | Mon - Fr We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we’re looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to join our team. We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to handle various administrative tasks and client management duties. As the Operations Assitant, you will work closely with the owner, to ensure that all aspects of client management and business operations run smoothly. This is a long-term position, working both remotely and on-site, with flexible hours. KEY RESPONSABILITIES - Client Communication: Answering new inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. - Scheduling: Managing calendars and scheduling client appointments. - Follow-Ups: Maintaining regular communication with leads and existing clients. - Session Reminders: Sending timely reminders for upcoming sessions. - Billing & Invoicing: Creating and managing invoices, and handling billing processes. - Product Orders: Ordering and tracking products as needed. - Email Management: Responding to and organizing emails effectively. - Owner Support: Working closely with the owner to address any administrative needs and supporting day-to-day operations. - Shopping: Order pick-ups and returns. SCHEDULE - Mon-Friday - 2-3 hrs per day, with the possibility to increase hours in the future - Hours: Flexible. Must be within business hours: 9-5. - It requires some hours in-person and remote working. REQUIREMENTS MUSTS: - Experience: minimum of 2 years in an administrative operations and client-facing role. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar. - Must be tech-savvy and proactive enough to learn new systems independently. - Professionalism: Maintains a professional demeanor in all client interactions. - Problem-Solving: Capable of addressing client issues with minimal supervision. - Have a car and live within a 30-minute radius of Stamford, CT. - Remote Work Setup: Must have a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a computer. - Provide references. - Ability to pass a background check. - 18+, able to work legally in the US. PLUS: - Experience with Honeybooks, Quickbooks, and automations.

SUPPORT ORGANIZER | STAMFORD, CT

Part-Time | 0-10 Hrs/Week | Tue - Thu We’re looking for a hard-working, highly organized individual to join our team of professional organizers long term. Amazing flexibility and work-life balance. Hours vary from 0-14 hrs/week. KEY RESPONSABILITIES - Responsible for sorting, moving, and storing items on site with direction from a Lead Organizer. - Work to group client's possessions for easy editing and purging, and place the client's items into organizational systems. - Help to maintain a tidy and professional environment throughout the course of an organizing or move management job. - Assist with managing organizing supplies. SCHEDULE - Needed basis - Hours are mostly 9am-2pm, Tuesday-Thursday - Hours are not guaranteed - May include some evening or weekend hours to review documents and communication REQUIREMENTS - Understanding of basic organizing techniques - Ability to work closely with a team - Tech skills (i.e. smart phone, cloud based systems) - Ability to lift 40 pounds, to climb stairs and to stand for long period of times - Desire to follow a career with organizing - Interest in interior design - Must have a car - Live within a 30-minute radius from Stamford, CT Excellent: - Passion for organizing - Attention to detail - Problem-solving skills & Creativity - Communication skills - Positive attitude - Time management skills - Willingness to learn - Empathy and kindness towards our clients - Stamina for long project days

Part-Time | 0-18 Hrs/Week | Tue-Thu We’re looking for an experienced organizer to join our team long term as a Lead Organizer. Amazing flexibility and work-life balance. Hours vary from 0-14 hrs/week. KEY RESPONSABILITIES - Responsible for sorting, moving, and storing items on-site with minimal direction. - Manage team of support organizers. - Ensure the team is working efficiently. - Help to maintain a tidy and professional environment throughout the course of an organizing or move management job. - Assist with managing organizing supplies. - Communicate with the client. SCHEDULE - Needed basis - Hours are mostly 9am-3 pm, Tuesday-Thursday - May include some evening or weekend hours to review documents and communication REQUIREMENTS - Understanding of advanced organizing techniques - 3+ years of experience in organizing - Ability to manage a team - Tech skills (i.e. smart phone, cloud based systems) - Ability to lift 40 pounds, to climb stairs and to stand for long period of times - Desire to follow a career with organizing - An eye for interior design - Must have a car - Live within a 30-minute radius from Stamford, CT Excellent: - Passion for organizing - Attention to detail - Problem-solving skills & Creativity - Communication skills - Positive attitude - Time management skills - Empathy and kindness towards our clients - Stamina for long project days
