SUPPORT ORGANIZER | STAMFORD, CT
Part-Time | 0-18 Hrs/Week | Tue - Thu We’re looking for a hard-working, highly organized individual to join our team of professional organizers long term. Hours vary from 0-18 hrs/week. KEY RESPONSABILITIES - Responsible for sorting, moving, and storing items on site with direction from a Lead Organizer. - Work to group client's possessions for easy editing and purging, and place the client's items into organizational systems. - Help to maintain a tidy and professional environment throughout the course of an organizing or move management job. - Assist with managing organizing supplies. - Plus: Product pick-ups and returns at local stores occasionally. SCHEDULE - Needed basis - Hours are mostly 9am-4pm, Tuesday-Thursday - Hours are not guaranteed - May include some evening or weekend hours to review documents and communication REQUIREMENTS - Must be available Tuesday-Thursday from 9-4 pm - Available to travel to jobs in Westchester County, Fairfield County and sometimes NYC. - Must tolerate typical household environments including pets, dust, smoke, or fragrances. - Understanding of basic organizing techniques - Tech skills (i.e. smart phone, cloud based systems) - Ability to lift 50 pounds, to climb stairs and to stand for long period of times (6-7 hrs) - Must have reliable transportation (SUV is a plus for products pick-ups) - Live within a 30-minute radius from Stamford, CT SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES: - Passion for organizing and interior design - Desire to follow a career in organizing - Attention to detail - Problem-solving skills & Creativity - Communication skills - Positive attitude - Time management skills - Willingness to learn - Empathy and kindness towards our clients - Stamina for long project days This is a long-term employment position and not an independent contractor role. PRODUCT SPECIALIST | REMOTE / HYBRID
Part- time | Remote or Hybrid | 0–10 Hrs/Week | Mon–Fri We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Product Specialist to support our luxury organizing projects by sourcing, planning, ordering, and coordinating organizing products for high-end residential spaces. This is a remote, project-based role with flexible hours and occasional periods of higher demand during peak seasons. This role works closely with the Founder and Operations Manager to translate project needs into curated product solutions that align with OZE’s elevated aesthetic and functional standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Source and recommend high-end organizing products based on project needs, measurements, and client goals Build and maintain detailed product lists for active projects Translate direction from Founder and Lead Organizers into actionable product sourcing and selections Research luxury storage systems, custom solutions, and premium organizing products Coordinate ordering, tracking, and adjustments (returns, substitutions, out-of-stock issues) Communicate with vendors and suppliers as needed Respond during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 am–4 pm) for time-sensitive questions from on-site team members Support rapid adjustments to product plans based on on-site discoveries or changes Ensure all product selections align with OZE’s elevated design standard and client expectations SCHEDULE Project-based role, 0–15 hours per week Fully remote with flexible working hours Availability required Monday–Friday during business hours (mostly 9am–4pm) for communication and quick response needs Work is deadline-driven, but execution timing is flexible outside of the required availability for team communication Hours are not guaranteed and may increase during high-demand seasons (spring and summer) REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in professional organizing and product sourcing for residential organizing systems Canva proficiency Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection for remote work Must be based in the United States to ensure availability during business hours and coordination with on-site teams (New York EST Time). PRODUCT COORDINATOR ASSISTANT | STAMFORD, CT
Part-Time | 0–5 Hrs/Week | Mon-Fri We’re looking for a reliable Product Coordinator Assistant to support our organizing projects with local pickups, returns, and product drop-offs. This is a flexible, on-call role supporting our team with day-to-day logistics. You will be working closely with our Operations Manager and/or Product Specialist RESPONSIBILITIES Pick up and drop off organizing products from local stores Handle product returns and exchanges Transport items between client homes and project locations Follow simple instructions and complete assigned tasks on time SCHEDULE 0–5 hours per week, as needed Most tasks will fall between Tuesday–Thursday mornings Occasional availability on Mondays and Fridays REQUIREMENTS Reliable vehicle (SUV or larger preferred) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Comfortable driving locally between multiple stops Reliable, punctual, and responsive Located in Fairfield County, CT or Westchester, NY area PLUS Interest in organizing or operations work Experience with errands or assistant roles NOTE This is a flexible support role with potential for more hours and expanded responsibilities as the company grows.
